Coming home,
You can heal.

A gentle integrative therapeutic approach to experiencing relief and restoring harmony to the Being/Body, mind, and one's true essence.

Bio-Energetics and

Holistic Healing

My name is Douniazed, I am  an Integrative Energy Medicine and Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. I  believe that the Being/Body has an intrinsic ability to heal itself.  I use a  gentle, non-invasive multidimensional  approach to healing through various techniques and modalities,  encompassing all of the dimensions  of human experiences and  trauma : the Physical, the Energetics (human energy field, emotions, beliefs, thought patterns and  behaviors), Energy Psychology, Intention and Essence. The practice is  based on understanding the Human Energy-Consciousness system and its relationship to health and dis-ease

The mind, body and essence are connected, they are energy and consciousness and work together to create our experiences and reality. In this integrated  approach, instead of separateness, they are held and treated together, releasing any entrapments in the body causing dis-ease, dys-regulation, and dissociation, allowing the Intelligence of the being/body to come back to harmony, nervous system and energetic regulation, and ease in simply being.

I specialize in providing support to individuals in life transitions, experiencing autoimmune conditions, chronic pain ( physical and /or emotional), new mothers,  those in preparation for surgery and through recovery, ongoing harsh treatment, unresolved trauma and life stressors. If you have been silently suffering  while highly functional , or  if you are in your inner journey spiral, coming home to your true- authentic self, "setting aside who you are supposed to be and becoming who you really are.", It is an honor  to walk with you  in part of your journey of remembering, allowing,  coming back home to self and experiencing relief and fluidity.

Together we work directly with your own inherent wisdom bypassing the cognitive brain centers, utilizing the primitive brain/sensation and frequency/vibration of the human energy field. It is a remembering process, a collaborative presence and witnessing  that aims to cultivate the ability to fully be here, truly listen to this inherent gift to be guided and to manifest.

I am based in Colorado and work with clients through various cities  in  the U.S., Europe, Canada, Northern Africa  and other countries around the world in multiple languages.

Trauma is not what happens to us. But what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.

Meditating Together

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an energy session with Douniazed, and I must say, it
was truly transformative. As someone who has been benefiting from her healing work for a
couple of years, I can attest to her innate healing abilities, she is not only a gifted healer but also
an excellent listener who is empathetic and has great intuition.
The session started with a discussion of my lifestyle, health issues, diet, and emotional aspects.
Douniazed asked insightful questions to understand my context fully, which helped her tailor the
session to my specific needs.
After the session, I felt incredibly harmonized, with a sense of well-being in both my body and
soul. Her healing abilities are exceptional, and she creates a safe and supportive space that
allows processing even the most challenging experiences.
Thanks to her work, I have been able to process childhood trauma, which has been life-changing
for me. I highly recommend Douniazed's work, especially for those going through challenging
times and feeling destabilized. She is a professional who communicates what to expect during
and after the session, and I appreciate her willingness to address any questions or concerns that
I had. Overall, I am grateful for the experience and would recommend Douniazed's energy
sessions to anyone seeking healing and transformation.
